Experience: Arnaud Pelpel has been practicing both commercial litigation and corporate law for several years in Paris and Morocco. He has acquired extensive experience in handling complex litigation for French and foreign clients. He practices in both French and English. Education: - Maîtrise in Business Law – University Paris XI – 2005 - Master in Business Law – University of Paris II – 2005 - EDHEC Business School – 2004 Arnaud Pelpel is found of fishing, a sport that often takes him abroad. He also practices piano-jazz with assiduity. Teaching: Arnaud Pelpel teaches at the ESMA (Business School) «Litigation – Bankruptcy and Guarantees», «Contract law», «Risk and business law», and «Risk and labor law». Publications: Arnaud Pelpel participated to the yearly World Bank's report "Doing business in France", writing the chapter « Enforcing Contracts ».

Arnaud Pelpel is the legal advisor for ClientEarth Association in France.

ClientEarth protects the environment through providing legal consulting services to partner associations, lobbying with concerned the European authorities, and initiating legal actions in European courts.

ClientEarth was created in London in 2006 by Michael and Winsome McIntosh, pioneers of the environment protection in the US and members of the Wal-Mart founding family.

 

Arnaud Pelpel also is Sea Shepherd's lawyer in France. He represents their interests in penal courts when the association is the plaintiff.

Sea Shepherd was created in 1977 by Captain Paul Watson, co-founder of Greenpeace.
